All Closed Beta installation instruction e-mails have been sent out to players with access to the Closed Beta!

D.A.V.I.S. has gathered a few frequently asked questions for you.

Q1: Why have I not received the e-mail?

A1: Please check the spam folder of the e-mail address provided during registration. If you did not receive an e-mail, it is possible that either the e-mail address was incorrectly entered during registration or you were not selected to participate in the closed beta, in which case we humbly request that you wait for the official release. We thank you for your support and look forward to finally meeting you!

Q2: I'm an iOS user but I've only received one of the e-mails and not the other, what should I do?

A2: If you run into similar issues as above, please contact Customer Support through the e-mail address provided below and include your User ID in the body of your e-mail.

⚡How to check your User ID:

Go to the registration site (https://tot.mihoyo.com/CBTsign-up/), log into the HoYoverse account that you used to register, and click on the upper-right corner of the page to view your account information, including User ID.

⚡Notice: Players who registered for the closed beta via Google Play and are selected to participate will receive an e-mail with installation instructions. However, if you registered with an e-mail address that is not linked to your Google Play account, you will not be able to participate in the closed beta, in which case we humbly request that you wait for the official release.
