  • How do I get a redemption code?

Look out for in-game notices for redemption code events! Our official social media accounts will also irregularly hold redemption code-related events!

  • How do I use a redemption code if I log in using Game Center?

Unfortunately, our official redemption website currently does not support logins via Game Center.

To link a username, email address, or third-party account, tap the upper left corner of the main game screen to enter your Profile, then tap the gear icon in the upper right corner to access game settings. Under the "System" tab, tap on the "User Center" button.

After linking is complete, you can use a linked account to log in to the website below and redeem rewards:

Attention: If a username, email address, or third-party account is already registered to a HoYoverse account, a notification will state that the account already exists or is already linked. If this happens, please use another unlinked username, email address, or third-party account."

  • Why does the official redemption code website tell me that my account doesn't exist when I try to log in?

Please carefully check that you have properly entered your username/email, or that you are logging in with the correct third-party account.

To confirm your linked information, please log into the game and tap the upper left corner of the main game screen to enter your Profile, then tap the gear icon in the upper right corner to access game settings. Under the "System" tab, tap on the "User Center" button. If you still receive a notification stating that the account already exists after confirming that you are using the correct login credentials, please tap on the "Customer Service" for further assistance.

*Attention: Google Play and Gmail are different log-in methods. Please make sure you are using the correct one to log in.

  • What do I do if I get a notification saying that my account/username already exists or is already linked?

If a username, e-mail address, or third-party account is already registered to a HoYoverse account, it cannot be linked to a currently existing game account. Please use a new, unlinked username, e-mail address, or third-party account to complete this process. Please contact Customer Service if you have any further questions.
